HSBC has hired Peter Mansbridge from NatWest Markets, who joins the bank’s structured finance group as a director.

Mansbridge will report to John Millward, an MD in the group, and work across EMEA asset classes. HSBC’s structured finance group is run by Kevin Godfrey, with Nigel Batley as deputy head.

He joined RBS as a graduate in 2009 and has worked in the bank’s securitization business ever since.

The bank recently reorganized its banking and capital markets businesses, forming a new “capital markets group” spanning DCM, ECM, leveraged finance, strategic and equity finance, corporate risk solutions, and the structured finance group. The newly combined structure is headed by Alexi Chan and Ray Doody.
