iQiyi, GreenTree target Easter for US listings

Baidu-backed video streaming service iQiyi and Chinese hotel operator GreenTree Hospitality Group are readying a pair of US IPOs for the end of March to raise a combined $1.7bn.

iQiyi, often referred to as China’s version of the US video streaming platform Netflix, is planning to sell American Depositary Shares (ADS) for up to $1.5bn, eyeing a potential $16bn valuation, according to a banker working on the IPO.
