GDS Holdings covers HK secondary offering

Chinese data centre operator GDS Holdings has covered the books for its Hong Kong secondary offering, just hours after launching a deal that could be worth about $1.6bn.

The issuer is the latest to join the growing number of US-listed Chinese companies floating in Hong Kong, continuing the trend from mid-September when five firms rushed to the city with secondary offerings.
