GDS nets $250m from primary share sale

GDS Holdings raised $250m from a follow-on offering of new shares on Thursday, according to a term sheet seen by GlobalCapital Asia.

The Nasdaq-listed Chinese data centre operator launched the sale of 5.5m American Depositary Shares (ADS) after its stock closed at $47.15 apiece.
