NLB sells Istrabenz stake before IPO
Nova Ljubljanska Banka, Slovenia's largest bank, has sold its entire 13.1% stake in Istrabenz, the conglomerate, ahead of NLB's long awaited reprivatisation, according to a regulatory filing on Monday.
