Rates stability cheers EM as CEEMEA, LatAm issuers find demand

Emerging markets bond buyers and issuers are regaining confidence as US Treasury volatility falls, with issuance in CEEMEA and Latin America having picked up in recent days and a pipeline building.

Yields on 10 year US Treasuries hit 1.56% on Thursday, their lowest level since early March and 18bp tighter than where they ended March. The gradual tightening — combined with limited day-to-day volatility — has opened an attractive window for EM issuers.
