UK picks date and banks for June syndication

The UK Debt Management Office has announced the timing and the banks for its upcoming syndication next month, as it continues to plough through its unprecedented borrowing programme.

After previously stating that it was looking to sell a new conventional 2050 Gilt by syndication in the first half of June, the UK has now chosen Tuesday, June 9, for the date of the launch, subject to market and demand conditions.
