CS’s Amine goes to private credit, Miller takes over

David Miller has become the new chief executive of Credit Suisse’s investment banking and capital markets (IBCM) unit, replacing James Amine.

Miller’s most recent role was global head of credit, head of global credit products, and before that he was global head of leveraged finance capital markets and US co-head of the syndicated loan group. In total he has spent 22 years at the bank.
