Another CFTC head prepares to leave

Another senior member of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission has left the regulator, as its director of the division of Swap Dealer & Intermediary Oversight (DSIO), Matthew Kulkin, stepped down on Wednesday.

The announcement comes less than a week after the CFTC revealed that Brian Bussey, director of its Clearing and Risk Division would shortly be leaving the agency. Eric Pan, director of the regulator's Office for International Affairs, also left the institution earlier this week.
