Secoo woos IPO investors with juicy discount

Chinese online retailer of luxury goods Secoo Holding priced its $110.5m listing of American Depository Shares on Thursday, finding favour among investors thanks to an attractive discount.

The issuer sold 8.5m ADSs, two of which represent one Class A ordinary share. It offered the stock at a price range of $11.5-$13.5 per ADS when bookbuilding kicked off on September 12, giving the deal a size of $97.8m-$114.8m. The IPO also includes a 15% greenshoe.
