EIB prints longest ever green bond

The European Investment Bank has pushed the green bond curve out to the unprecedented length of 21 years with a new issue on Wednesday.

The €500m bond was priced at 10bp through mid-swaps, in line with guidance of 10bp area. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, JP Morgan and UniCredit were joint bookrunners.
