BOC Aviation lands US deal

BOC Aviation has sold a $750m bond through its US subsidiary, pricing its third dollar outing of the year at wider levels than some fair value estimates from analysts.

BOC Aviation printed a $400m 1.75% 2026 note in January, and tapped it for another $100m a few days later. That trade, like others from the frequent borrower, was sold directly by the Singapore-headquartered company. The aircraft leasing giant is ultimately owned by Bank of China.
