JP Morgan reshuffles activist defence team

JP Morgan has reorganised its team dedicated to advising clients on how to defend against campaigns by activist investors.

In a memo on Tuesday, the US bank said it has appointed David Freedman as head of its newly created global shareholder engagement and M&A capital markets.
