De Volksbank to extend green trend to tier twos

De Volksbank is set to become the first European bank to issue tier two capital in a green bond format.

The Dutch lender asked ABN Amro, Bank of America, JP Morgan, Nomura and UBS to arrange a series of calls with fixed income investors on Tuesday.
