GuocoLand, Manulife US Reit raise green loans

Two Singaporean companies, GuocoLand and Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust, raised green loans this week.

GuocoLand, a real estate developer, has closed a S$730m ($515m) club loan through its subsidiaries MTG Apartments and MTG Retail.

DBS, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Singapore branch and OCBC Bank provided the loan, according to a press release. OCBC was also the green financing adviser. ...
