Citic Capital Spac nets $240m from bigger US IPO

Citic Capital Acquisition Corp has raised $240m from its listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The special purpose acquisition company (Spac) is targeting green and sustainable businesses.

Bookrunner Credit Suisse launched bookbuilding for the trade on February 6 with an initial offer of 20m units at a fixed price of $10 apiece. The deal had a $40m increase option and a 3m unit greenshoe.
