Genetron seals new funding, eyes $100m US listing

Chinese company Genetron Holdings has filed initial IPO documents with the US regulator just days after getting a fresh injection of capital from a Vivo Capital-led private funding round.

The Beijing-based cancer diagnostics service provider is looking to raise up to $100m from a listing of American Depository Shares (ADS) on the Nasdaq.

It has appointed CICC and Credit Suisse as the joint lead bookrunners. It submitted preliminary listing documents to the US Securities and Exchange Commission ...
