Ukraine's Kernel to tap lenders for A&E

Ukrainian grain and sunflower producer Kernel is set to amend and extend an existing syndicated loan, according to bankers familiar with the deal. The transaction marks one of the few intermittent spots of activity in the Ukrainian loan market.

The existing deal is a $290m loan signed in October 2017, comprising two tranches with tenors of one and three years. 

The loan will be increased to $390m, according to a banker on the deal, and will now have tenors of one, two and three years - with maturity ...
