PLN opens $1bn loan into general

Indonesian power company Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) has launched a $1bn five year deal into syndication, with bank meetings set to kick off at the end of the month.

Mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners (MLABs) Bank of China Hong Kong, Bank BTPN, Cathay United Bank, DBS, DBS Indonesia, Korea Development Bank, MUFG Bank, OCBC Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp and United Overseas Bank, sent out invitation letters on Thursday, according to bankers close to the situation.
