Buoyant US bond mart prices in Fed rate cut

Sentiment in the dollar corporate bond market remained upbeat this week, even after jumbo deals from Broadcom and Saudi Aramco traded softly.

With US companies heading into earnings blackout, there was limited fallout after the Aramco deal traded wider after launch (see separate story on p1).

Meanwhile, the $11bn acquisition financing trade priced last Friday by Broadcom, which struggled for traction, was back trading at its launch prices on Thursday. ...
