Nasdaq makes $190m offer for Cinnober

Exchange and tech group Nasdaq has made a $190m all cash offer to buy Cinnober, the Swedish Fintech company.

Cinnober serves trading venues with index platforms and trading technology. It also provides collateral and risk management services to clearing houses. Cinnober's board of directors unanimously recommended that warrant and shareholders take the deal.
