Uxin sets Nasdaq IPO ball rolling, Sea prices debut CB

Chinese used car e-commerce platform Uxin began bookbuilding on Thursday for an IPO that could raise up to $475m.

The company is looking to float 38m American Depository Shares (ADS) on the Nasdaq, each representing three of its ordinary shares.

Joint bookrunners China Renaissance, CICC, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley are marketing the stock at $10.50-$12.50 apiece. There is also a greenshoe of 5.7m ...
