All eyes on India: corporates plot debt sales

March could be the month Indian international bond issuance soars. Corporations from the country are ready to hit the offshore debt market as a weaker domestic market puts pressure on fundraising.

Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) and UPL Corp are venturing out with their first and second dollar bonds, respectively, while Reliance Communications is going ahead with a cash and new note exchange offer for its existing 2020s.
