Droit signs up five for MiFID II platform

Droit Financial Technologies has signed up five banks to Adept — its Market in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II) trade compliance platform.

BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, Lloyds, UBS and Crédit Agricole have all opted to use Adept, which Droit claims generates “full global cross-regulatory implications” of trades in real time, allowing participants to plan for compliance.
