Class dismissed: ICAP off hook for group suit over Euribor fix

ICAP has become the latest finance company to have allegations of spoofing the Euribor market and causing losses in the derivatives markets for some investors dismissed by a US court.

ICAP, which is now part of the NEX Group, had two subsidiaries as defendants in the case of Sullivan vs Barclays: ICAP plc and ICAP Europe Ltd. The case took place in the United States district court in the southern district of New York.
