Fed, OCC Order JPMorgan To Improve Risk The Federal Reserve and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency have ordered JPMorgan Chase to take corrective actions in its operations after derivatives trades last year resulted in more than USD6 billion in losses to the bank. The bank was told to improve its risk management program as well as its finance and internal audit functions.
