Italy Dominates SME CLO Issuance
Italy led Europe in issuance of small-to-medium enterprise collateralized loan obligations in 2012, accounting for 14 out of 25 transactions, and EUR11.5 billion (USD15.06 billion) out of a total EUR33.5 billion of issuance, according to Fitch Ratings.
