Complexul Energetic Oltenia powers up €200m loan

Romania’s second largest electricity producer Complexul Energetic Oltenia is looking for a €200m syndicated loan from commercial and development banks.

The borrower has approached the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to arrange the facility. The EBRD will decide whether to participate in the deal on July 23.
