Ivanhoe Spac targets US IPO for green energy investments

Singapore-based Ivanhoe Capital, led by mining billionaire Robert Friedland, is floating a special purpose acquisition company (Spac) on the New York Stock Exchange.
Ivanhoe Capital Acquisition Corp, a so-called blank cheque company, is aiming to raise at least $200m to invest in industries related to the global shift away from fossil fuels.
