Tiga Spac roars with $240m from larger US IPO

Singapore-based Tiga Acquisition Corp has raised $240m after increasing the size of its New York Stock Exchange IPO.

Tiga is a special purpose acquisition company (Spac), commonly called blank check companies, and floated with no assets. Spacs aim to identify and acquire attractive businesses.
