JD-backed Dada Nexus files for $100m US listing

Dada Nexus, an operator of Chinese on-demand retail and delivery platforms, has set the ball rolling for a Nasdaq IPO.

The firm filed listing documents to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday with a $100m placeholder size, but the deal is expected to raise as much as $500m, GlobalCapital Asia understands.
