ANZ New Zealand was well received after opting for a longer maturity on its return to the euro senior market this week, welcoming €1.2bn of orders for its €500m 10 year.

Bookrunners ANZ, DZ Bank, BNP Paribas and HSBC began the 10 year senior trade with price thoughts in the 80bp area over mid-swaps.

A size of €500m had been set from the start and two hours in the books had been subscribed for €750m.
