New Frontier Corp, a Hong Kong-based special purpose acquisition company (Spac), is planning an IPO in the US worth as much as $200m.

The firm plans to acquire healthcare, technology or education businesses, according to its preliminary prospectus filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday. It is focusing on China’s new economy industries.
