Zai Lab to price $106m US listing high

Zai Lab, a Chinese biotechnology company, was set to price its IPO of American Depository Shares on Tuesday, expected to raise at least $105.9m.

Bookrunners Citi, JP Morgan and Leering Partners shut books on Monday evening, Hong Kong time, with demand covering the deal throughout the price range, according to a banker on the trade.

The issuer offered the 5.9m ADSa at $16-$18 each, giving the IPO a size of $94.1m-$105.9m.
