Detsky Mir prices Rb18.4bn IPO as foreignvestors pile in

Detsky Mir, the Russian toy retailer, this week priced its Rb18.4bn ($311m) Moscow IPO, the first IPO of significant size to be completed this year in EMEA.

The IPO was priced at the bottom of the initial Rb85-Rb105 range given at the launch of the bookbuild. At that price, Detsky Mir has achieved an initial market cap of Rb62.8bn ($1bn) and a valuation of 10.1 times its adjusted 2015 Ebitda.
