WestLB is transferring Robert Brennan, head of derivatives for Asia in Tokyo, to London. He has been named treasurer for the U.K., Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Brennan, who starts next month, said he is a replacement for Michael Renner, treasurer in London, who recently left the firm. Reasons for Renner's departure could not be determined by press time.
Brennan's responsibilities in Asia have been assumed by Wen Shiau, Asian head of sales and structuring and Hong Kong branch manager, and J.T. Lam, regional head of trading and treasury in Tokyo.
