CFTC Commissioner Presses For Swaps Impact Study
Scott O’Malia, a Republican member of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, has called on the agency to do a cost-benefit analysis on the impact of proposed swaps regulations so that the CFTC could make “an informed decision” on how to apply the new measures.
