Ralph Orciuoli, managing director and Asian head of credit trading at Bear Stearns in Tokyo, has left the firm. Orciuoli could not be reached and his whereabouts could not be determined by press time.
He reported to Raymond Wong, head of fixed income trading in Tokyo. Wong declined all comment. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Orciuoli headed up Bank of America's credit derivatives trading operation for Japan (DW, 3/1/02). "He's a real veteran. He's been in the Japanese credit market for several years," said a credit derivatives head at a rival firm.
