Investors play it safe with WIBank and NRW
WIBank, the development bank of the State of Hessen, made its debut appearance in the capital markets on Wednesday. The issuer was able to take advantage of a lack of supply and strong investor demand for safe German paper to bring a blowout trade that it hopes will pave the way for future appearances in 2013.
