Irish bond comeback in doubt after bankers slate ‘outrageous’ auction
Ireland’s sale of €500m of three month Treasury Bills on Thursday at a yield thought to be 25bp through where the outstanding paper was trading at the time has caused some SSA bankers to suggest that primary dealers paid up aggressively for the paper to win favour in anticipation of a syndicated bond issue.
