UK faces up to tricky 2013 after S&P warns with Christmas message
Standard & Poor’s cut its outlook on the United Kingdom’s credit rating from stable to negative on Thursday, increasing the likelihood of the country losing its triple-A status next year. All three major rating agencies now have the UK on negative outlook, writes Nathan Collins.
