Bank St Petersburg has mandated BNP Paribas and UBS to arrange a series of investor meetings. The meetings start in Hong Kong on Thursday before moving to Singapore on Friday, Switzerland on Monday and finishing in London on Tuesday 24 April.

Russian fertiliser firm Acron is set to sign a secured facility for around $300m this week from an extended club of banks. Demand for the credit was strong enough to push the loan up from its $200m launch amount.

Troika Dialog has re-hired Dmitry Sredin as a senior banker in its corporate and investment bank as part of the integration of Sberbank of Russia and Troika Dialog, three years after he left Troika. From 2006 to 2009, Sredin was a director in DCM at the firm.
