  • Bank of America Merrill Lynch has appointed Saba Nazar from Nomura as vice chair of its global financial sponsors group.
  • Marlborough Partners is expanding its leveraged debt advisory business into the Continent with the opening of an office in Germany and the hire of Markus Ehrler.
