ISDA and FIA Europe publish cleared derivatives execution agreement

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association and the Futures Industry Association Europe have published a cleared derivatives execution agreement for principle-to-principle client clearing.

The agreement has been designed to be used as a template for market participants when negotiating execution agreements under English law for swaps that are intended to be cleared by counterparties located outside the US.
