Fitch Ratings has downgraded class A notes issued by Nerva, a synthetic collateralized debt obligation.

Fitch Ratings has downgraded class A notes issued by Nerva, a synthetic collateralized debt obligation. The USD203.8 million in notes saw their ratings lowered from CC/DR3 to C/RR6 because of an interest shortfall on the class A notes.
