Legeland to retire after 40th anniversary at Commerzbank

Michael Legeland, head of DCM loans Germany at Commerzbank in Germany, will retire at the end of the year after four decades associated with the bank.

Legeland joined Commerzbank in 1972 as an apprentice and returned in 1977 after university. He spent much of the first half of his career working on bond origination and structuring across Northern America and Europe, spending some time in New York in the early 1980s.
