Denmark appoints new DMO chief

Danmarks Nationalbank, the Danish central bank, has hired a new head of monetary policy operations and government debt.

Martin Wagner Toftdahl has been appointed to the job, effective from May 1.

Toftdahl is head of liquidity and funding, group treasury and asset liability management at Nordea.

He is no stranger to the Danish central bank, having worked as an economist there between 2011 and 2014.
