SG follows French peers with 20 year dollar T2

Société Générale tapped into strong demand for 20 year tier two debt in the dollar market this week, following examples set by BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole earlier in the year.
The French issuer(A1/A/A-) opened books for a March 2041 tier two during Asia hours on Monday, having registered its deal in the 144A/Reg S format.
It hired Bank of America, Citi, JP Morgan, Société Générale and TD Securities as joint bookrunners.
