Shurgard locks up PP funding

One of Europe’s largest self-storage companies Shurgard has priced a new €300m US private placement, according to market sources.
BNP Paribas and JP Morgan arranged the 10 year deal, which was the borrower’s third US private placement issue.
The transaction was priced at 133bp over Euribor, with a 1.24% coupon. The size was raised from a cover amount of €150m to €300m.
