Mayr-Melnhof Karton launches debut Schuldschein deal

Austrian paper and packaging firm Mayr-Melnhof Karton, called MM Karton for short, has launched a Schuldscheine, with an initial target of €300m.

Erste Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International and UniCredit are arranging the deal, which is set out across three, five, seven, 10 and 12 years. 

Spreads ranges are 95bp-115bp, 120bp-140bp, 140bp-160bp, 160bp-180bp and 180bp-200bp. Other maturities are available upon request, according to a term sheet seen by GlobalCapital. The notes will ...
